Follow the steps below to access EH Citrix. This can be used to review and sign off EH reports from home

Click on this link: https://ehra.easternhealth.org.au/ to access the Citrix portal 

To access this page, you will need to be offsite.

Make sure your smartphone is next to your computer

Please refer the “How to download the Imprivata ID application on your smart phone” section in this booklet if you don’t have the app.

Enter your Eastern Health username and passphrase and logon.

A notification will pop up on your smartphone.

Click to open the notification.

Click APPROVE (If you do not APPROVE within 30 seconds, you may be prompted to enter the Token Code on the login screen).

Note: The Token Code resets every 30 seconds.

You will be able to access the Citrix applications now.
