Follow the steps below to download the Imprivata ID application on your smart phone.
- Please note that EH IT need to provide access for you to enrol for the app and access Citrix. This can be arranged through EH PACS team. Please email them on pacsadmin@easternhealth.org.au
- It only takes a couple of minutes to download the app.
- You'll need your computer and your smartphone (Apple iOS11 or later; Android: 6.0 or later).
- Please note, depending on your smartphone model, there may be some inconsistencies in the screenshots displayed.
IMPORTANT: If you change your smartphone, you will need to:
- Re-install the Imprivata App.
- Contact ICT Service Desk to clear the enrolled data.
- Re-enrol as per the steps above.

3 | Select TURN ON for Fast Access. | |
4 | Select NOT NOW for Simplified E-Prescribing (this function is not available). | |
5 | Select NOT NOW for Automatic Sign out (this function is not available). | |
6 | You have now configured the Imprivata ID app for use. | |
