Follow the steps below to connect to IA VPN to sign off IA\Carestream reports from home or report.
Please note that you need to be signed up with Duo for two factor authentication to connect to the VPN.
Please refer to the section “How to sign up for DUO 2FA for VPN” if you are not signed up for two factor authentication.
1 | Go to https://gpvpn.imagingassociates.net.au/ and login with you vpn login. | |
2 | Download the relevant VPN software from the below options and install it. For most PCs 64bit version will work.

3 | Find the VPN icon in the task bar, right click on it and select “show Panel” (Circled in red)

4 | Open the Duo app on your phone. |
|
5 | Type gpvpn.imagingassociates.net.au in the empty text field as below can click connect. Enter your login username and password in the pop-up window and click connect.

5 | A two factor authentication prompt from DUO app will appear on your phone. Press “Approve” |
|
6 | You should be now connected to the VPN. Don’t forget to disconnect the VPN when you are done by clicking “Disconnect” on the VPN icon.
If you are on a home reporting workstation you should be able to login to the applications and start reporting now.

7 | Click on the link https://apps.imagingassociates.net.au/RDWeb/WebClient/Index.html

8 | Login With your IA PC login username and password. |

9 | Click on the Application that you want to use.
|
|
10 | If you get prompted for a login again it will be your IA PC login.
|
|
11 | To be able to edit reports turn on “Enable input method editor”.
You can access this by clicking on the cog on the top right hand corner.
