Follow the steps below to report for Qscan after logging into the PC.
1 | login to Qscan Karisma. Double click on the “Qscan Karisma Inteleviewer” icon on the desktop below to login to Karisma. Inteleviewer will be auto logged in.
Move Inteleviewer to the diagnostic monitor, it will be remembered for next time.

2 | IA radiologists are to report the studies in the “Reporting” worklist.

3 | Once dictated the study will be typed and will be available to sign off in the “Authorising ”worklist. Qscan expect us to frequently sign off reports during the day.

4 | Qscan use the Foxo software to communicate with other Radiologists, team members and referrers.
Please log into it using the login provided below. You should have received an email already requesting to validate your email address.
You can use the Foxo app as well. |

5 | If you have questions on the study or if you find a study with missing images/ worksheets/referrals,
you can click on the Foxo icon on the top right side of your Karisma window. | |
6 | It will open the new window. Tick send to clinical team and select “Imaging Associates Teleradiologists” from the dropdown menu and type the message to the Qscan team and click ok.
This will create a patient card in Foxo. Qscan team will pick it up and get back to you on Foxo. In the meantime, close the study and move on to the next.
