Follow the steps below to connect to addend a completed report in Visage RIS.
1 | Click the “Procedures” tab in RIS. |

2 | Search for the study to addend by typing the patient name in the search field.
This will filter the studies with the patient name. You can use modality or date filters to narrow down further. |

3 | Double click on the study to addend. A new window will open with the study. | |
4 | Click on the Addend button on the bottom right corner. |

5 | Study will open with the options to dictate or type. |
|
6 | You can now continue with typing or dictating the addendum to the study now. | |
