How to login to

WebEx

To use WebEx you’ll need to login to it.  

We have the username and the password saved on a file called “WebEx Login Credentials” on the desktop of every computer. 

 

Please note that the username and the password on each computer is unique to the computer.      

After logging in once your login will be remembered and you will not need to login to WebEx again on that computer. Login screen looks like the screenshot below.  

 

  

 

How to Connect

the desk phone to

WebEx

 

After logging in, connect WebEx to the phone on the desk by clicking “connect to a device ” on the top right corner. After connecting WebEx to the desk phone you will be able to use WebEx to initiate calls from the desk phone. See below.  



 

 

How to find a contact and make a call in WebEx

 

To search for a contact type the contact’s name in the search area. Below are the few examples you can use.  

 

To search for a radiologist at a certain location use the examples below.  

 

Typing “radiologist” will list all radiologists contact numbers.   

 

To find a radiologist at EH type “radiologist EH”,  for MLHD type “radiologist MLHD”  

 

To find a radiologist at IABH type “radiologist IABH” , for Mitcham type “radiologist IAMIT” , for wagga type “radiologist IAWW” for Tecoma type “radiologist IATEC” for Baw Baw type “radiologist Baw” 

 

Searching for modality locations is similar.  

 

Typing “CT” will list all CT location contact numbers.   

 

To find a CT contact at EH type “ct EH”,  for MLHD type “ct MLHD”  

 

To find the CT at IABH type “ct IABH” , for Mitcham type “ct IAMIT” , for wagga type “ct IAWW” for Tecoma type “ct IATEC”  

 

You can search for radiologists and office contact numbers by searching for their names.

How to add a contact to favorite's in WebEx  

 

 

 

Contacts you frequently call can be added to the “top contacts” for quick access.  

After finding the contact right click on the contact and select “Add to contacts” to add the contact to your “top contacts”.  See below.

 

 

 

 

When you get the window below select “Top contacts” from the dropdown and click add.  

 

 

 

 

 

All your top contacts will appear in the below area in WebEx.  

 

 

 

 

 

How to message a contact 

 

Find the contact you want to message and click the message icon. See below. 

 

 

How to adjust WebEx Volume

Type sound mixer options in the Windows search are and click “Sound Mixer Options”. See below.

How to turn off call pick up notifications

 

Click on the top right corner of Webex and click settings. See below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Go to notifications > Call Pickup and tick “Mute notifications as below” and click save.
