1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to Company Links > Helpdesk Password Change
2. Login with your PC username and password
3. If this is your first time changing your password, you will have to enrol by entering your mobile phone number.
If your number is 0400 123 456 then please enter in this format '61400 123 456' with country code omitting the first 0 - Click 'Send Code'
4. An SMS will be sent to your mobile phone, enter the code you have received. Click 'Verify Code and Continue', click 'Next'.
5. You have now successfully enrolled. Click on the 'Change Password' tab to change your own password.
