1. At the login screen, click 'Reset Password/Unlock Account' at the bottom left hand corner


2. Choose if you need to reset your password or unlock your account. The steps will be the same for both 'Reset Password' and 'Unlock account'




3.  Enter your PC login username and click 'Continue'



4. Select your mobile number to get a verification code via SMS.



5. Enter the verification code 



5. Now you can set a new password
