Follow the steps below to report from a IA PC at a EH Hospital.
Please note that you need to be signed up with Duo for two factor authentication to connect to the VPN.
Please refer to the section “How to sign up for DUO 2FA for VPN” if you are not signed up for two factor authentication.
1 | Login to the PC using the below login. User name - IAusername@imagingassociates.net.au Password - your RIS password | |
2 | Find the VPN icon in the task bar, and double click on it. You should be able to find this on the desktop as well.

4 | Open the Duo app on your phone. |

5 | Type gpvpn.imagingassociates.net.au in the empty text field as below and click connect. Enter your login username (with out @imagingassociates.net.au) and password in the pop-up window and click connect.

5 | A two factor authentication prompt from DUO app will appear on your phone. Press “Approve” |  |
6 | You should be now connected to the VPN. Don’t forget to disconnect the VPN when you are done by clicking “Disconnect” on the VPN icon.
You should be able to login to the desired application using the shortcuts on the desktop now. | |
